On the evening of October 2, 2022, a dispute in Las Vegas, Nevada, turned fatal for 30-year-old Rasheem Waters, a Black / African American male. The incident occurred near the intersection of East Tropicana Avenue and South Nellis Boulevard. According to the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department, Waters was involved in a physical altercation with another male stemming from an ongoing dispute.
