Robert Lee Mitchell Jr., 41, male, of Birmingham, Alabama, was shot on the night of August 29, 2025, in the Central Pratt neighborhood. Police were dispatched just after 10 p.m. to the 900 block of 6th Lane, where they found Robert Mitchell lying in a grassy area next to a home with gunshot wounds.
