Mark Howard Hall, a 22-year-old white male, was murdered on or around December 31, 1975. Born on April 3, 1953, in Pocatello, Bannock County, Idaho, Mark Hall was the son of Darwin Leroy Hall and Lois Gene Soloman. At the time of his death, he was residing in Santa Ana, Orange County, California. His life was tragically cut short when he became one of the many victims of Randy Steven Kraft, a notorious American serial killer.
