Lonnie Edward Ellingburg, a 46-year-old male from Kansas City, Kansas, tragically lost his life on July 2, 2004, as one of several victims in a mass workplace shooting at the ConAgra Foods processing plant in Kansas City, Kansas. He was at work in the plant's break room when the shooter—an employee—opened fire, fatally shooting multiple coworkers before taking his own life.
