Kristin Roseanne Cicale, a 26-year-old White female, was discovered after dusk on November 11, 2008, when Las Vegas police responded to a torched vehicle left off State Route 160 near Hualapai Way. Inside the burned Cadillac were two bodies so badly charred that detectives at first could not determine their genders. The Clark County coroner’s office soon identified the woman as Cicale, while the second victim, described by police as her boyfriend, remained unnamed in early reporting. Investiga ...
