On a tragic day in Tyrone Township, Michigan, the lives of two sisters were brutally cut short. Sixteen-year-old Michelle Urbin, a white female, and her fourteen-year-old sister, Melissa, were walking near their home on September 29, 1991, when they were abducted. The perpetrator was Leslie Allen Williams, a 39-year-old man with a long and violent criminal history who was on parole at the time.
