Michelle Urbin, a 16-year-old white female from Tyrone Township, Michigan, was tragically murdered on September 29, 1991. She and her 14-year-old sister, Melissa Urbin, were abducted while walking near their home. The sisters were approached by Leslie Allen Williams, a 39-year-old habitual offender who had a long history of violent crimes, including rape and assault.
