Tammy Sue Lynn Passineau, a 17-year-old White female from Syracuse, New York, was last seen on April 11, 2004. She was known to be a transient individual who frequently changed residences and had a history of mental illness requiring medication. Her family did not report her missing until May of that year, and she had not cashed any social services checks or refilled her prescriptions after her disappearance. Tammy left behind a young son, and her sudden absence raised immediate concerns.
