In the winter of 2009, a burst of gunfire on a North Nashville street cut short the life of 20-year-old Norcill Dewayne Clack. On the evening of Monday, December 28th, at approximately 8:00 p.m., Clack was walking along the 1900 block of 12th Avenue North when he was fatally wounded. The scene near 1908 12th Avenue North suggested a chaotic exchange, with evidence of multiple shots having been fired from more than one weapon.
