In Nashville, Tennessee, a story of everyday heroism ended in tragedy with the death of 30-year-old Anthony Louis Jacobs. On the afternoon of February 4, 2016, Mr. Jacobs, a maintenance man at a mobile home park on Dickerson Pike, noticed a dangerous situation unfolding. Three armed men were forcing their way into the home of his neighbors. Without hesitation, he intervened in an attempt to protect them.
