Brent Baldes, a 39-year-old Hawaiian male, died in the early hours of August 16, 2009, after a drunken dispute in a northwest Las Vegas neighborhood turned violent. Shortly after 1:30 a.m., police were called to the 8700 block of Harvest Valley Avenue, near Durango Drive and Cheyenne Avenue, where they found him unresponsive.
