A 17-year-old Hispanic girl's life was tragically cut short in Las Vegas following a shooting at a house party. Jannet Sanchez, a senior at Eldorado High School, was caught in the crossfire of a dispute that escalated to violence on a Friday night. She sustained a gunshot wound to the head and, after fighting for her life for two days in critical condition, succumbed to her injuries on a Sunday at Sunrise Hospital and Medical Center.
