In the early morning hours of January 30, 2016, the life of 40-year-old Denise Gray, a Black/African American female, was cut tragically short in Las Vegas, Nevada. Police were dispatched to a townhouse on Terrazzo Avenue around 2:40 a.m. after receiving calls about a woman crying out for help. When they arrived, they found Denise Gray in the doorway of her home, suffering from a gunshot wound.
