On July 25, 1992, the body of 33-year-old Noah Philson, a male from New Orleans, Louisiana, was discovered in a canal near Interstate 55, north of LaPlace. According to police reports, Noah Philson was listed as male, though he was also known by the stage name “Brenda Bewitch” and worked as an exotic dancer.
