Kimberly Hall, a 31-year-old African American woman from Cleveland, Ohio, was found dead on June 11, 2015. Her body was discovered on East 83rd Street between Higbee and Gill Avenues on the city’s east side. Authorities later determined that she had been strangled the previous day, June 10. The sudden and violent nature of her death shocked the local community and prompted a homicide investigation.
