Tyisha J. Austin, a 36-year-old African American woman from Cleveland, OH, tragically lost her life on July 17, 2016. She was found shot to death inside a vehicle along with another woman, Laquita Robinson, 26, in the 500 Block of East 101st Street. The incident was reported to the police, who launched an investigation to find the perpetrator responsible for the double homicide.
