Richard Russell Jackson, a 41-year-old Caucasian male, was tragically killed on March 9, 1973, in Stockbridge, Henry County, Georgia. His death was later linked to Carl Millard Patton Jr. and Joseph Thomas Cleveland, both of whom were involved in multiple murders across Georgia between 1973 and 1977. Jackson was married to Marie Jackson for only four months before his untimely death.
