On Saturday, March 15, 2025, at approximately 2:00 PM, Houston Police Department patrol officers responded to reports of a shooting at the intersection of Corto Street and Sayers Street near I-59 in Houston, Texas. Upon arrival, officers discovered 45-year-old Jaroi Coleman unresponsive in the driver's seat of a vehicle that was parked in the middle of the street at 3800 Corto Street.
