On March 12, 2025, the body of Henry Larvell Jordan Jr., a 42-year-old Black male from Hampton, Virginia, was discovered behind a residence in the 2400 block of West Weaver Road. He had been reported missing the previous day, last seen walking in the same area between midnight and 2 a.m. Due to concerns for his safety, a critically missing adult alert had been issued. Upon discovery, emergency responders pronounced him deceased at the scene.
