On the evening of July 21, 2023, Brandon Ward, a 31-year-old resident of Norfolk, Virginia, was tragically shot and killed in Hampton. The incident occurred in the parking lot of a closed Ruby Tuesday restaurant located in the first block of Towne Center Way.
