On April 3, 2025, at approximately 3:45 a.m., Dallas Police responded to a shooting in the 3300 block of Ingersoll Street in West Dallas. Upon arrival, officers discovered 20-year-old Adan Sanchez, a Hispanic male, suffering from gunshot wounds. Dallas Fire-Rescue personnel pronounced him dead at the scene.
The suspect, identified as Frank Cisneros, fled the scene before police arrived. He was located shortly thereafter in the 4800 block of Bernal Drive.
When confronted by officers, Cisneros shot himself. He was transported to a hospital in critical condition and succumbed to his injuries on April 6, 2025.
The case is documented under Dallas Police Department case number 046299-2025. Detective Josue Rodriguez is leading the investigation and urges anyone with information to come forward.
