Clinton R. Allen, a 25-year-old African American man, tragically died on March 10, 2013, in Dallas, Texas. Known affectionately as "Big Baby," Allen was a beloved son, brother, and father to twin boys. His death was the result of a fatal shooting by Officer Clark Staller of the Dallas Police Department.
