Tanya Ilene Michelle Lyons, a 50-year-old White/Caucasian woman from Summit Point, West Virginia, died on February 9, 2025, after a domestic disturbance at her home in the 100 block of Keith Drive ended in gunfire. At approximately 9:38 p.m., Tanya called Jefferson County Emergency Communications and reported that she was involved in a verbal domestic disturbance with her husband, John Lyons.
