Tiffany Clerenia Adkins, 42, a White/Caucasian woman, was shot just after midnight on May 27, 2025, outside the Sheetz on MacCorkle Avenue SE in Kanawha City, Charleston, West Virginia. Police and medics responded around 12:10 a.m.; a single round fired from a vehicle's windshield struck the back of her head as she was walking near the pumps.
