Ebony Allen, a 42-year-old woman from Richmond, Virginia, was tragically killed on May 4, 2025. Authorities responded to reports of a shooting on Westover Hills Boulevard, where they discovered Allen inside a vehicle with an apparent gunshot wound. She was transported to a local hospital, but despite medical efforts, she succumbed to her injuries. The Medical Examiner is responsible for determining the official cause and manner of her death.
