Jane E. Foster, a 55-year-old woman, was found dead on April 24, 1996, in Richmond, Virginia. Her death was part of a disturbing pattern of homicides known as the Golden Years Murders, a series of killings that targeted elderly women in the West End of Richmond between 1990 and 1996.
