On the night of April 26, 2025, a tragic shooting occurred at a QuikTrip gas station located in the 5600 block of South Cooper Street in Arlington, Texas. When officers arrived at approximately 10:06 p.m., they found 20-year-old Omed Abdal and 19-year-old Ayaz Mohsin Abdullah lying unresponsive in the parking lot with gunshot wounds.
