On April 4, 2023, in Arlington, Texas, two-year-old Rio Christopher Carrington tragically lost his life after accidentally shooting himself with a firearm he found in his teenage brother's room. The incident occurred around 12:30 a.m. at the family's residence on Pocassett Drive.
