On the morning of April 11, 2025, 35-year-old African American male Joseph Isreal Harris Jr. was fatally shot in the Spring Grove Village neighborhood of Cincinnati, Ohio. The incident occurred around 11:27 a.m. near the intersection of Kings Run Drive and Este Avenue. Responding officers from the Cincinnati Police Department's District Four found Mr. Harris suffering from a gunshot wound; he was pronounced dead at the scene by Cincinnati Fire Department personnel.
