Raj-Paul Doughty, a 26-year-old male of African American ethnicity, tragically lost his life on December 11, 2015, in Cincinnati, Ohio. Doughty was fatally shot during a dispute at Lamarr's Lounge in Lincoln Heights. The altercation occurred inside the men's restroom, where Doughty was shot multiple times by an unidentified assailant. He was subsequently transported to the University of Cincinnati Medical Center, where he was pronounced dead.
