Death by Force

Police have identified the victim of a fatal shooting in Williamsburg, Brooklyn, as 21-year-old Joharis Rivas. The incident occurred on March 11, 2025, at approximately 2:18 p.m., outside an auto repair shop located at 10 Meserole Street.
