Police have identified the victim of a fatal shooting in Williamsburg, Brooklyn, as 21-year-old Joharis Rivas. The incident occurred on March 11, 2025, at approximately 2:18 p.m., outside an auto repair shop located at 10 Meserole Street. Authorities reported that Rivas, a male resident of Cypress Hills, was shot once in the head. Emergency responders rushed him to NYC Health + Hospitals/Elmhurst, where he was pronounced dead.
