Charles Brown, a 40-year-old male, was fatally shot near his home in the Carondelet neighborhood of south St. Louis on December 18, 2024. According to court documents, Brown had arranged to meet with individuals to purchase a firearm. The transaction took place in an alley around 2:40 p.m., where Brown handed over money to a third person.
