On the evening of May 10, 2025, at approximately 8:33 PM, authorities responded to a 911 call reporting a crime in progress near 224 Willis Avenue in the Bronx. Upon arrival, officers discovered Darren Davis, a 30-year-old male, suffering from a gunshot wound to the chest. Alongside him was a 42-year-old female who had sustained a gunshot wound to her leg.
