In the coastal city of Biloxi, Mississippi, a man's life was cut short in a violent encounter that police have described as a targeted shooting. Ryan Edward Graham, a 43-year-old male, was killed on Thursday, February 20, 2025, following an altercation at the Lighthouse Apartments on Porter Avenue.
Authorities were called to the apartment complex at 12:36 p.m. and discovered that Graham had sustained a gunshot wound to the head. He was transported to Memorial Hospital in Biloxi, where he ultimately succumbed to his injuries. Investigators believe the shooting was not a random act of violence, stating that Graham and the alleged shooter were acquainted and both resided at the same apartment complex.
Within minutes of the initial call, Biloxi police had a suspect in custody at the scene. Dustin Joseph Ross, 28, was arrested and has since been charged with one count of first-degree murder. He is currently being held at the Harrison County jail without bond. Law enforcement officials have indicated that they do not believe anyone else was present at the residence when the fatal shooting occurred.
