In a quiet residential area near the Missouri River, the afternoon of March 25, 2025, was shattered by the sound of screeching tires and a barrage of gunfire. Worried neighbors on the 2500 block of Saddle Ridge Drive in Florissant, a suburb of St. Louis, heard what some described as at least eight gunshots.
