On the evening of October 28, 2016, Jerel D. Minor, a 24-year-old male, was found shot to death in Florissant, Missouri. The discovery was made after St. Louis County Police responded to a call for shots fired at approximately 7:55 p.m. near the intersection of LaPadera and Parker Road. Upon arrival, officers found Minor inside a running vehicle. He had sustained fatal gunshot wounds.
