Jerel D. Minor Jr., a 24-year-old resident of Florissant, Missouri, tragically lost his life on October 28, 2016. On that evening, at approximately 7:55 PM, St. Louis County Police responded to a call reporting shots fired near LaPadera and Parker Road.
