Abusalam Heggs, a 41-year-old resident of Florissant, Missouri, tragically lost his life on March 26, 2015. The incident occurred around 1:00 AM when Heggs was returning home to the 12000 block of Sea Lane Drive. As he exited his vehicle, he was shot multiple times.
