In the early morning hours of April 13, 2025, a dispute outside a Las Vegas banquet hall escalated into deadly violence, claiming the life of 21-year-old Hispanic male Carlos Garcia Sanchez. The incident, which also resulted in the death of 24-year-old Luis Esquivel, unfolded in a business parking lot in the 3900 block of East Owens Avenue, near Pecos Road.
