In the early morning hours of January 12, 2025, a night that began with socializing at an after-hours club near 24th and Binney streets in Omaha, Nebraska, ended in tragedy for Brandon Jones, a 37-year-old Black / African American man. An altercation at the establishment led to Jones being asked to leave. He later returned, armed with a gun and reportedly making threats to "spray the place."

What followed was a chaotic scene as Jones opened fire, injuring four other people inside the club ...
