On January 17, 2025, authorities in Rockville, Maryland, discovered the body of 26-year-old Marcell Jordan Hebron, an African American male, inside a white BMW at the intersection of Shady Grove Road and Research Boulevard. The vehicle had visible bullet holes on its exterior, and Hebron was pronounced dead at the scene.
