Jose Osvaldo Genao Romero, a 22-year-old resident of Rockville, Maryland, tragically lost his life on February 17, 2022. The incident occurred at the intersection of Bradley Avenue and Fletcher Place, where officers from the Montgomery County Police and Rockville City Police found Romero suffering from a gunshot wound. Despite being rushed to a nearby hospital, he succumbed to his injuries.
