In the early morning hours of April 23, 2025, at approximately 1:30 a.m., a fatal shooting occurred at the B1Market Gas Station located at 2821 Vandeventer Avenue in the Greater Ville neighborhood of north St. Louis. Officers responded to a shooting call and upon arrival, they discovered a male victim lying in the parking lot suffering from a gunshot wound.
