Death by Force

Branden Carter, male, died on Oct. 20, 2025, after he was shot in the 9000 block of Seneca Lane in Overland, a St. Louis County municipality. Officers were called around 4 p.m.; when they arrived, they found Carter near a driveway. He was taken to a hospital and pronounced dead.
