Noah Penn, a 24-year-old male, was fatally shot outside a nightclub in downtown Shreveport, Louisiana, on March 15, 2025. The incident occurred in the early hours of the morning, around 2:30 a.m., when Shreveport Police Department officers responded to reports of gunfire in the 200 block of Texas Street. Upon arrival, authorities discovered multiple victims suffering from gunshot wounds. Penn was transported to Ochsner LSU Health, where he succumbed to his injuries later that morning.
