Corey Moore, a 35-year-old male, was fatally shot in Greenwood, Mississippi, on May 13, 2025. The incident occurred on the 200 block of East Martin Luther King Jr. Drive. Authorities responded to the scene around 3:50 p.m., where Moore was pronounced dead. Leflore County Deputy Coroner Will Gnemi confirmed the victim’s identity, and Coroner Debra Sanders provided details on the timing of the emergency call.
