Myron Head, a 20-year-old male, was fatally shot on January 4, 2025, in the Chatham neighborhood of Chicago. The incident occurred around 6:10 p.m. on a sidewalk in the 900 block of East 81st Street. According to reports, an unidentified individual fired multiple shots at Head, striking him several times. Emergency responders transported him to the University of Chicago Medical Center in critical condition, but he later succumbed to his injuries.
