Ulysses Grant Green, a 41-year-old man, was fatally shot on January 19, 2025, in the Greater Grand Crossing neighborhood of Chicago, Illinois. The incident occurred in the early hours of the morning, around 3:45 a.m., on the 7400 block of South State Street. According to reports, Green was engaged in a verbal altercation with his assailant when the confrontation escalated, resulting in multiple gunshot wounds.
