On a cold February evening in Atlanta, the life of 33-year-old Ericka Nicole Sherten was tragically cut short. On the night of February 3, 2025, police responded to a call of a person shot at the Harmony Plaza Apartments located on Myrtle Avenue SW. Upon their arrival, officers discovered Sherten suffering from at least one gunshot wound. Despite the efforts of the medical first responders, her injuries proved to be fatal, and she was pronounced dead at the scene.
