In the early hours of a late February morning in Fort Wayne, Indiana, a domestic dispute tragically escalated, ending the life of 25-year-old Katiza Binti Mohamed-Sayad. An Asian woman, Mohamed-Sayad was pronounced dead at the scene from a single gunshot wound to the chest in the 3000 block of Drexel Avenue on February 28, 2025. Her death marked the seventh homicide in Allen County for the year.
