In the late hours of a September evening in Fort Wayne, Indiana, a horrific scene unfolded that would claim the life of 37-year-old Consuela Arrington and three others in a brutal act of violence. On September 11, 2016, police were dispatched to a home on Holton Avenue following reports of gunfire.
