Jessica E. Bruch, a 23-year-old woman from Fort Wayne, Indiana, tragically lost her life on November 12, 2016. She was shot and subsequently rushed to a hospital, where she was pronounced dead shortly after her arrival. The incident occurred outside a home on Walnut Street, and initial reports indicated that the shooting might have taken place in an SUV before she was driven to the hospital.
