In the autumn of 2016, a young woman's life was tragically cut short in Fort Wayne, Indiana. Jessica Elizabeth Bruch, a 23-year-old female, died on Saturday, November 12, 2016, from a gunshot wound. Her death was officially ruled a homicide.
